Hello,
the marketing (& service-) department is currently working on switching all marketing activties to hubspot. This includes workflows from mailchimp.
We are currently sending a automated e-mails with a unique coupon code to people who 1. subscribe to our newsletter and for their birthdays. Those codes are inserted with a merge tag or a unique link (changes according to the recepients e-mail adress).
It would be nice within hubspot to have the abbility to:
1. Upload a list of codes generated by our booking widget provider onto hubspot (and also update, extend this list in the future)
2. Make it possible to insert 1 unique code for every mail sent from said list within e-mail workflows.
3. update the contact details on which codes were sent to which contact (for customer support reasons)

I would recommend the Coupons app in the HubSpot markeplace, which simplifies the process of creating and managing coupons through HubSpot.
The app allows you to:

Bulk upload and/or generate an unlimited number of unique coupon codes

Automatically sync coupon data with HubSpot

Trigger single-use coupon sends in your HubSpot workflows

Track your marketing campaigns with real-time insights
For your use case, you would be able to bulk upload your list of codes created in your booking widget provider, and then create an email workflow for your customers that contains a unique coupon code by:
1. Creating a ‘Request a Coupon’ step with the connected Coupons app
2. Add an additional step to copy the property value of the ‘Request a Coupon’ step to a new contact property on the enrolled contact.
