Understanding Executed Steps

Can someone explain why I have a nuber appearing in ‘Executed Steps’ when I haven’t yet done anything.. in my example attached all these executed steps in the call task appeared immediately after the preceeding task -

My interpretation of ‘executed steps’ would naturally be thos esteps that have been completed - yet these calls are in the task queue.

They are set instantly to follow the previous task, if that helps

@DBrazil Happy to help clarify Executed Steps - this means that in the sequence, the step was reached.

The “40” indicates how many contacts have had the task assigned for you to call. It doesn’t mean that the task was executed, it means that the step in the sequence was executed.

The last column Tasks Completed will show the percentage of those tasks assigned that you’ve completed.

From the Sequence Knowledge Base:

  • Executed steps: contacts that were sent an email or who a task was created for.
  • Tasks completed: all tasks marked as completed in this step.
