I’m looking to change my company name on the header of a recent website page I’ve created. I’ve updated my account settings to mirror the name needed on the header but it isn’t updating no matter how many times I create a new page?
I’ve reached out to support and they’re unsure why this is the case an have asked me to reach out here. Any ideas?

What template are you using? Is this custom made or from the marketplace? Have you reached out to the developer of the template? What it sounds like is that your template is not pulling the data from your account as you are expecting and likely need to edit the source from within the design manager.
Thanks Ben. I didn’t build the template myself so I’m going to assume it’s from the marketplace? (extreme novice as you can probably tell, ha). It’s a free template. How do I check who the developer is and how do I contact them?
If it’s a marketplace download you can go to Settings --> Marketplace Downloads and you will be able to see your installed theme there. I have a feeling that you should be able to edit the header, but it might be something that you either have to dig for, or edit in the source code at the absolute worst.
