Unable to generate private access key using VSCode for local development

Hello everyone!
My problem is when I am trying to get redirected with VSCode while setting up local environment and obtaining private access key - hubspot shows blank page…
I’ve tried this with couple of web browsers and all shows the same. I have super admin permissions on my app.
Maybe are there some settings in Hubspot that prevent from generating private access keys?

Is this still an issue?

I have seen this once before and it was due to some ad blockers…I think.

I would copy link into an incognito window or a different browser and see what happens
