I’m just trying to add a simple icon like the other ones in the list below. I found where to do this in the CSS and planned to copy the line of code from the first list item below and paste it where I need it. BUT I am unable to edit anything in the CSS. Hubspot support said I had to reach out to a developer to have someone do it. SO I need assistance to add a simple line of code? Any suggestions? What are my options?

Whereabouts are you trying to edit this css?
Can you get your styling to work in Chrome Developer Tools or similar?
Quick and dirty method would be to add your code to the page header in style tags (under Settings>Advanced>Header)
Cleaner way would obviously be in your themes css but if you don’t know your way around it that’s likely why Hubspot recommended reaching out to a developer
