I’ve invested hours into getting this far and I’m nearly finished with the certification course that I’m taking, but the problem is, one of the practical exercises requires me to ‘Create a Workflow in HubSpot’ to get the certificate. I’m on the free plan so that feature isn’t avaliable to me. Is there anything that can be done? A trial?

That is correct; you either need a portal with access or have an active trial that allows use of the needed tool. — Jaycee
