Turn off or hide Create Quote button

Would be awesome to be able to TURN OFF or hide the Create Quote button when HubSpot’s default quote functionality isn’t the desired CPQ/Quoting tool of choice!

Situations:

  • When no quotes are active/used by the platform
  • Permissions in sales access to limit access to quotes

We are using third-party quotes with Pandadoc so we would like to turn off / hide the “Create Quote” button. We are still using line-items in Hubspot.

I’m surprised this request is not popular, we are using an external system to generate quotes & invoices, we should be able to hide this option or at least to set only specific users for this action.

We have the same issue. We need a way to hide/turn off the ability to create HubSpot quotes. We use a third party CPQ tool that better fits our needs. People still having access to create quotes in HubSpot is causing confusion and issues with adoption.
