Does anybody know how to trigger a CTA popup when a user clicks into a field on a form?

Thanks @Shubham_Sharma , but i think you misunderstand the question.

I’m not trying to create a form as a CTA, i’m trying to trigger a “pop up” (CTA) when a user clicks a field on a form. The form is already on the landing page. But when someone clicks into the “When would you like to go live field”, they get a pop up explaining what is involved.
