We’re a Saas company (ticketing) that charge fees on each transaction, and therefore don’t have specific “line items” that we charge for. Is there any way we can remove line items from a quote? This basically turns the quote tool into a service agreement tool that our customers can e-sign on.

All quotes require line items. It’s not possible to create a quote without them. You could request this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community (more flexibility for SaaS companies) or look into custom quote templates which give you more flexibility in the design question.

We just found a solution/workaround for this. Hubspot has recently rolled out quote templates. While you still need to have a line item, you can set the price to $0 and hide it from the recipient so it doesn’t appear on their quote/contract. Has been very helpful for us.
