Hi Diana,
is the work email. When your colleague looked it up it wasn’t found. Also, the only alternative email I have ever used also wasn’t found. Would this suffice? It was for the Social Media Marketing Free Course.

If my colleagues were unable to find the old email, there is unfortunately nothing I can do to facilitate the transfer, as the only way to move certifications is from one email to another.

Is it possible that I had used this current gmail account and it’s just not showing up?

I’m sorry, but I don’t have the capability to determine that. I have a system that enables me to facilitate the transfer, but it is neccesary to provide both the old and new email addresses. If it’s possible, could you please verify if you used a different email address during that time? We can then test it to see if it exists. This is the only way we can thoroughly investigate this matter.

I just heard back internally that they were unable to transfer certifications if the user no longer exists (which looks like what happened in this case). We checked to see if possible to pull a certificate using ID, but were unable. At this point, you will need to recertify. I wish I had better news, but hope this helps to clarify!
