Hello,

I want to send transactional email using hubspot, however, I have few questions for example. When I try to create an email I cannot find Subscription type - Transactional. Then I went to settings and create a subscription named Transactional (not sure if this was the correct approach). Then I am done creating the Email, I tried clicking on the “Action” drowndown menu to find "Convert to single send API". Can you tell me if I am doing something wrong, or I need to change my subscription.

Transactional email is a separate paid add on: How to Use Transactional Emails to Send Relationship-Based Emails in HubSpot

Once purchased, it should show up as an option in the subscription type drop-down in the email editor.

Creating and naming a custom subscription type won’t work.

Can you confirm that you’ve purchased the add on?
