Hello Community,

I do have one question about the tracking;

Once we send our website link through SMS is it possible for us to make matching at the user detail overview that the users came from that sms link

Hey @EDemirsar not automatically, source tracking is done through what is called UTM parameters. Most links such as social media or email automatically add these UTM parameters in, SMS wouldn’t.

What you could do is create a HubSpot tracking URL and embed these within your sms to accurately track the source!

Dear Tom In order to create UTM and see the results Free version would cover it or Do I need to go with the private versions

Looks like you need professional or above. You could use an alternatively free tool however. Something like this:
