I have never used the website tracking cookie before. Where would I find the analytics for this. Thanks.

You should have a default web analytics dashboard, availalbe from the dropdown menu at the top left of any other dashboard.
Also, you should have access to a web analytics tool under the Reporting > Analytics Tools menu.

Almost. That prospects reports tells you a bit about the as yet anonymous visitors on your website. If you click back to analytics tools at the top left, you should also have options for traffic analytics and web analytics, which will tell you more about your website’s performance.
If leads convert on your site and the cookie is in place, their individual analytics history will be added to their timeline in the contacts area.
