Has anyone created a report that shows sales forecast by sales rep over time? The Forecasting Tool is a great one-time snapshot of the probability adjusted pipe, but we want to compare forecast at the start of each month to actual at the end of that month.
Any ideas?

Have you checked out the Sales Analytics under Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools? There is a Forecasts & Pipelines section in there. It includes different ways to look at the forecast and historical snapshots. (I’m not aware of any ways to create a custom report that does what you’re looking for.)

I had looked at the Analytics tools but hadn’t seen the Sales Analytics Tools or the Over Time section. I also found the report link helpful. Not sure why it didn’t come up in any search I tried in help. Create sales reports in the sales analytics suite
