How many active contactlist should there be for a campagne?
Context: For my email where i work with dynamic content I see that not all my data is getting trough in the email. some content is staying on the default data

Generally a good rule of thumb is: as little complexity as possible, just as much as is needed. The fewer variations you have, the lower the likelihood of overengineering or something going wrong.
It sounds like you’re having issues with smart rules. Can you please share a bit more detail about which ones you’ve set up, how many, the criteria etc?
