I am creating a form and want to add a Title with our company logo and also put a message at the top of the form to explain why they are filling the form out and what is going to happen if they do.
But I can only see a way of leaving content on the form once they have filled the form out.

Typically, this kind of content would be included on the landing page that the form is embedded on: Set up and style a legacy form on an external site
If that’s not possible or you don’t want to do this here, the form editor lets you add text and image as well:
To access this sidebar, simply click anywhere outside of a field (gray background) in the forms editor.
