Long-time ActiveCampaign user here (shudders) before making the jump to HubSpot.
One feature I genuinely miss from ActiveCampaign is the ability to add a quick note or preface when sending a test email to someone.
For example: “Please focus on the copy for now. The design is still in progress.”
It sounds small, but when multiple people are reviewing an email, that context can save a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth and keep feedback focused on what’s actually ready for review.
Am I missing something in HubSpot? Is there a way to include a note with a test email, or has anyone found a good workaround for this?
