Termly blocking HubSpot forms (cookies)

We are attempting to setup Termly to manage our cookie consent on our WordPress website which has embedded HubSpot forms and tracking code and am finding that Termly is blocking the cookies needed for HubSpot forms to load. Anyone know which cookies are essential for HubSpot forms?

Hi @SimonP1

Thank you for reaching out!

You can find here a list of necessary cookies used by HubSpot.

Hope that helps.
Have a lovely day,
Tiphaine.

Hi Tiphaine,
Thank you for sharing that list. What is not clear to me in that list is which cookies are associated with form visibility. We are still struggling with our cookie blocker not recognizing and categorizing the correct cookies for HubSpot forms to be visible.

Hi @SimonP1

Can you share the URL of the page?
I want to tag some experts here - @LMeert @Anton do you have any thoughts for @SimonP1 on this?

Thank you!

Best

Tiphaine

Hi there this is fixed in the cookie and consent settings -- you can set different settings for Europe, California, the United States, and the rest of the world --
You could hypothetically make HubSpot cookies ‘essential’ but there’s some other settings like opt-in vs opt-out, where if you do opt-out, the cookies are on until a person opts out. There’s also things like consent by scroll -- the nice thing about Termly is that they have a warning this isn’t allowed in the EU, but you could potentially do it elsewhere.
This is fundamentally a termly issue, not a HubSpot one…
