Templets disappered

Working on webpage i have some of the templets (rich text) are available in the webpage display but not not the design tool so its impossible to control them through css

I had this same issue a little while ago. What I found was that in the newish landing page editor, you can add modules from the content creation screen and not the template:

Maybe try removing those and then adding them to your template file?
