Use predefined templates via shortcuts (eg: when I type /who the message appearing will be “Hi, this is *Name*, I’m so happy to meet you. Would you please tell me your name too?” in messages
agreed. Our sales team has recently requested this. It would save time with standard responses for basic templates. Of course, the conversation would need to remain fluid, but this would help with shortcuts.
Oo yes to macros. I used to use these all the time when I worked on a customer service web chat team and it was a godsend for productivity.
