Template folders showing as empty

Hello.
My coworker made a bunch of templates on Hubspot for us to use for welcome emails for customers. However, I cannot see them. I can see the folders in the templates section that she created, but there are no templates inside of them.

Why might this be and how can I fix it?

Can you clarify what templates you are referring to - marketing email templates, sales templates, etc.?

Can you also share a screenshot of where exactly you are looking for those templates?

The link for the templates page is: Message templates
I believe it’s sales templates. Customers get onboarded to us and we use a template to reply to them to accept our TOS page and such. It’s basically a welcome email.
I’m new to Hubspot so please let me know if this makes sense!

Thanks @TCustomerSupp , so tis is regarding sales email templates. So what do you see, just an empty overview, or empty folders?

There can be a number of reasons why you are not seeing the colleagues templates:

  • They didn’t share them
  • You don’t have a paid sales seat

I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot support, as they have access to your portal and can help you troubleshoot.
