I am using templates for a Sales email to customers. The email is sent one by one. I do not get any data from the template analysis. But when making av report based on usages of templates in emails, then I get the number up about how many has received, opened, clicket etc. But there I do not get up the names who has opened etc. Can you help me?

HubSpot doesn’t track one-off emails in template analytics, which is why you’re not seeing the data there. The report gives you totals but no names. The best workaround is checking the contact’s activity feed or setting up a custom report with “Sales Email Activity.” If tracking is really important, sending through a sequence or marketing email will give you better insights.
