Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a sulution that allows me to copy/paste a title from a previous task into a new one via a workflow. I know I can use contact-properties as personalization tokens, but that doesn’t really help in that case.
Is there anything that can be done to use the information from a previous task and apply it in a workflow?

I don’t think this is possible out of the box dynamically. HubSpot doesn’t have activity-based workflows, only contact-based, company-based etc.
A solution would require custom code or third-party tools like Zapier.

What is it?
Users can now create task-centered workflows.
Why does it matter?
Enhance task automation with greater flexibility and efficiency. Trigger automation directly from changes in tasks, like creation, status updates, or overdue notifications. Establish standard, automated processes for task management. For example, alert a sales manager when specific tasks complete or become overdue, or automatically create tasks in other project management tools when you start tasks in HubSpot.
How does it work?
To create a task workflow:
From the workflows tool homepage, click “Create workflow” and select “From scratch”
Choose the task object on the object select page
Choose the trigger based on task events or properties
Add actions as usual
