This error is usually due to browser settings. cookies/cache or extensions.
It looks like you’re on a supported browser (Chrome), could you verify that you’re all using the latest versions?
Next, could you please try to clear your browser’s cache and check if the problem persists?
Do you have any privacy-related extensions (or extensions in general) running in the background? Try to deactivate them and see if the issue persists.
If none of that works, I’d recommend trying a private/incognito tab and a different browser (e.g. Firefox).
I’ve had this issue in the past as well and solved it by switching browsers and switching back after a while. The problem had magically disappeared.

This usally happens due to the browser issue. Keep clearing your cache or try to open the portal on incogito mode or a dwhenever the issue arises.
