This record has not synced yet. It’s either not eligible to sync or will sync at a later time.
This appears on a number of companies. The company is in Salesforce. There is no option to force a sync. What is the fix?

Hey @LBenioff, thanks for sharing!
There are two potential culprits that come to mind:
1. The company/accounts records in Salesforce aren’t eligible to sync with HubSpot
Looking at this HubSpot Knolwedge Base article:
The integration will not create a Salesforce account if any of the following criteria is met:
Company syncing is pretty dependent on the contacts you have in HubSpot (and companies sync/deduplicate based on the associated contacts), so you may need to import different contacts to HubSpot, update your inclusion list criteria, and confirm that you have all applicable contacts associated with all applicable contacts in Salesforce
2. You’ve reached your daily API call limit
There’s also a chance that you reached your daily API call limit, which you can easily confirm if you head to the main Salesforce integration dashboard within HubSpot:
Just in case you haven’t seen it before, here’s a helpful guide from HubSpot on troubleshooting HubSpot-Salesforce integration sync errors. Wanted to make sure you know it’s there!
Hope this helps!!
Thanks for the suggestions, but for this company, there are several contacts all synching with SF contacts so so they are on inclusion list and I haven’t come close to hitting the API limit. Any other suggestions?
@LBenioff thanks for your response! At this point, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support if you haven’t already. If you can give them specific record instances to look into, they’ll hopefully be able to let you know what’s holding those records back from syncing. Company syncing is pretty picky and needs to match on a couple levels in order to work, so there may be a small setting or association that needs to be addressed.
Hope this helps!!
Hi @LBenioff are you still having this issue? Sometimes it takes time for these to sync.
To troubleshoot, you can login to Salesforce as the integration user and confirm they have access to that account.
If they’ve never synced to HubSpot, you can typically try to sync.
If they’re not creating in Salesforce, but other HubSpot-created companies are creating in Salesforce, check to make sure all of the required properties for creating an Account in Salesforce are populated. You can do this by going to create a new Account in Salesforce and seeing what is required.
Hi @LaurenRyan,
Thanks for sharing these troubleshooting steps!
