I would like to be able to switch to HTML view when editing the emails: the WHOLE email, not just a section of it.
There are so many advantages of this - to name a few:
- can clean up any unnecessary code created by drag and drop
- can paste in HTML if designed in Dreamweaver etc
- can fine-tune mobile responsive behaviour without having to go into creating modules
Yes! Please! This is one of my biggest gripes with Hubspot. It’s a great product, but considering the size of the company this should definitely be a feature available. The ability to switch between HTML and WYSIWYG should be standard at this point. We have the ability to do so using the WYSIWYG on their community! Why isn’t it available within the backend editing tool for their Knowlege Base product? BigCommerce allows it in theirs, Justuno, Shopify, Salesforce… just to name a few.
