HubSpot’s Social analytics are still available within the platform UI, however since the Social API scope and endpoint were deprecated, there is currently no supported way to access this data programmatically.
Following confirmation from HubSpot support, there is no alternative endpoint or replacement scope available.
This creates a limitation for teams that rely on API access for reporting, automation and broader data analysis. Without API access, Social performance data cannot be integrated into wider reporting workflows or analysed outside of the HubSpot interface.
Given that the functionality still exists within the product, restoring API access — or introducing a replacement endpoint — would significantly improve flexibility and support more advanced use cases.
I would encourage the product team to consider reintroducing API access to Social analytics.
