I have created 2 new subscription types. I already have contacts. How do I make changes/accept the new subscription type with the workflow?
Any suggestions?

Hi @SMomo,
In contact-based workflows, there is a workflow action “Manage communication subscriptions”. You can use that to opt a contact in or out. Manage your contacts' messaging subscriptions
Best regards!
Thanks. But what could be the trigger, I want all the contacts in that workflow?
@SMomo when adding workflow enrollment criteria, click the following:
Hi @karstenkoehler
Is this function no longer available or has any limitation to show up only under some circumstances? (I try to setup a service pripeline for Repair&Calibration, so all customers who are in this pipeline should receive the ticket update without having a regular marketing/newsletter subscription.) I remember to had this action, but could not find it anymore!
Best, Andrea
@AndreaTinner are you in a contact-based workflow? This is a contact-only action.
Really helpful info, thanks.
But what would the solution be for a situation where an existing contact submits a new form submission to sign up for another newsletter/communication subscription in addition to the one they have already signed up for.
Currently the workflow overwrites current subscriptions with the newest ones, instead of adding to it. I’ve already made sure the property is a multiple check box property.
