Hi,

A contact, Mr. John Doe, has been manually opted out of a subscription List (eg., 1-to-1 sales email) by a hubspot user.

After how many hours or days can the same contact Mr. John Doe be added to the same subscription?

Hi @jg2020,

Yes, providing someone has manually been opted out, you can opt them back in using this method.

If they’ve opted themselves out, they will have to resubscribe.
