Submissions are not getting captured

Hello

We are using Hubspot form in our website, https://gmcuae.com
The form submissions are not consistent and some of the user data are not getting captured.
We have 2 separate forms one in header and one before footer. Both having issues. Please help to resolve it.

Hey @MPepagora,

What user data isn’t being collected? I see you’re using “Full name” which isn’t a native field to HubSpot and looks to be custom. If you’re missing “First name” and “Last name” that would be why. You’ll need to use both of those fields on your form to capture that information.

Thanks Bryant… Adding Last Name did the trick..
We had just Labeled the FN as Full name and LN was not there..
Now i have added it and i can see the submission
