Styling not applied to dependent dropdowns

We have a state dropdown that is dependent upon the Country dropdown. If you start the form with country defaulted to United States, the State dropdown is displayed and styling looks good:

However if you change the country, or don’t start with a default, the State is hidden and when you pick US again, the State shows up but styling is not applied.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

I had a similar problem using the old form editor. Try to recriate this form with the new editor.

The same applies to the landing page editor. The old one have styling problems, however the new one doesn’t.
