Hi -
I’m new to HubSpot and testing the software to see if it will be ideal for my small-sized nonprofit. We use an external donation site that collects data on each donation instance. It allows us to visualize donation data by donation or by donor. How should I go about setting up the donation data within HubSpot? Should I Zap the data into deals? Do deals let me filter data by donor easily? Do other nonprofits give the same title of “Donation” to every deal? Looking to get tips for best practices when I start out.
