It would be very convenient if you can add the option to increase watching or listening speed of recordings/calls by 1.25x.
I feel 1.5x is too fast and 1x is too slow if you are watching it the 2nd time.
Playback speed on call recordings would be super helpful to crank through call recordings faster.
I’d really like to see playback speed controls added to HubSpot call recordings, especially 1.5x and 2x.
I regularly review customer calls, and having to listen to every recording at normal speed is very time-consuming. Currently, I have to download recordings and use a separate media player just to listen at 2x speed.
HubSpot already supports playback speed controls for meeting recordings, so it would be great to have the same functionality for regular call recordings.
This would save a significant amount of time for teams that review calls regularly.
