Hi @TZumwald,
In 2022 How many offers have turned into proposals and how many proposals have turned into wins? Is there a way to track this?
Yes, if you’re using deals and deal stages to track this. If so, navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report and search for “deal stage funnel” in the top left search bar. Please refer to this article to understand how exactly this report works: Funnel (legacy) report types (This is important.)
How to get notified about when to follow up with clients? Can I set reminders, like if I have not followed up in 2 days to follow up now! ?
I would recommend using tasks for this: Create tasks. You can specify in your notification settings that you would like to be notified about due tasks: Set up user notifications in HubSpot
How to properly use and get notified about Deals in the sales CRM?
This is a broader topic, I’d recommend reviewing this elearning content to get a better understanding: https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-sales-software
How should I be organising notes about client meetings? Doing it manually now
You can log notes directly to a contact or company record: Create or log activities on a record. Unless you’re working with a tool that transcribes meetings and which integrates with HubSpot, doing this manually is still common practice.
Is there a better way to set up contacts? Whats the correct way?
Better than what? As a general advice, I’d recommend following the instructions and methodology outlined here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ask-Me-Anything-and-Panel/AMA-Demystifying-HubSpot-s-lifecyle-stages-deal-stages-and-lead/m-p/514256
Is there a good place to keep a list of regular, trusted, recurring, close, clients?
This is managed in HubSpot via properties. Using property, e.g. by setting up a custom property for “Customer type”, you can “tag” contacts, build lists and filter for this property’s values.
I’ve linked many resources above and would recommend you review them thoroughly. A good starting point would be the certification I mentioned earlier.
Hope this helps! If it does, please mark this post as an accepted solution.
