The idea of having different folders when creating message templates is great. What isn’t so great is when you go to a contact record to compose an email and want to find a particular a template. With this workflow, the templates are not sorted into folders where it’s actually needed. For me there are several pages of templates that don’t appear to be in any particular order that I have to look through manually.
What’s the point in having the folders in the first place? It’s like a half implemented feature that someone never followed through with.
