I joined HubSpot CMS for Developers course and used the free developer account from HubSpot. When I tried to build a website to test the theme that I built, I am unable to do that. Below is the message that I got from HubSpot.
We weren’t able to verify your business information and are unfortunately unable to provide full access to the HubSpot platform. This is a final decision that can’t be appealed.
Somebody can help me with it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
A failed verification of business information usually means that access to the email marketing and calling tool will remain blocked, but you should still be able to use other tools in your HubSpot account. Which actions are you trying to perform? Can you make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?

I have proble to complete the remaining practical exam to get my certificate while the screenshot error as below appeared with me

This is the error I got. I need a website just to test my theme. But, I can’t create one because all the features under the website section are disabled.

Thank you for the screenshot, I apologize for the delay.
Just to confirm - is your Theme draft mostly finished and you just need to make additional changes? Or you haven’t even started and you can’t proceed because of the suspension?
Can you send me your HubSpot account ID and more information about your business and the reason why you’re creating a Theme in a direct message via my Community Profile?
