Hi! My name is Hallie, and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I’m marking this as ‘Idea Submitted’ because part of this idea is available, but not all of it. Specifically:
- There are draft only permissions so users can create but not publish social posts, not view social at all, and options for granting access to all accounts or only ones they connected, as outlined here.
- There are not ‘read only’ permissions available at this time.
- There are not more granular permissions for accounts, such as being able to choose specific accounts users have access to regardless of who connected them.
