When subscribing to HubSpot, I was told that it had social media workflows. I have now learned that isn’t the case. Social media posts can be posted as a draft and then an approver can check to see if any posts need to be approved and then approve them. There is no automated email stating a post is in a draft state and needs to be approved.
I would like to see social media workflows work with an approval process. When a post is made, it should send an email to an approver so the approver can take action.
The way I understand it works now is that anyone can post live that has social media permissions. I sure hope I am wrong.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
