Hi everyone, I just want to ask how should I access the SMTP Settings?
Currently using a free account and I just want to access the SMTP settings in settings > marketing > email page. But on my end the SMTP tab is missing.

Can you tell us more about your goals? The SMTP settings you mention are only available with the Transactional Email Add-on and SMTP API. If you are looking to set up your email sending domain in-app, here is the documentation — Manage your email authentication in HubSpot.
