I want to create an automation system from a workflow that will do this: it will target customers who created their businesses 6 months ago and notify them via WHATSAPP, sms and e-mail that they must do either their declaration (or according to a message template) HOW TO DO ? what approach ?

You would then proceed to prepare your messages by following these steps:
Lastly, you would set up a workflow to manage your messages:
Your workflow would be triggered by the business creation date – this would have to be something you document in a custom property: Create and edit properties
