SMS Test Messages

Hi,

I’m trying to send a test SMS message to myself before sending out a blast. I keep getitng this message for any number I try to send the test to: “Test SMS could not be sent to (phone number)”

I am looking for help on how to troubleshoot this. Please note this feature has worked many times in the past.

For unspecific error messages like this one, if you’re in a paid subscription the fastest way to a resolution would be contacting HubSpot support via chat in-app.
