Smart Content Code displaying in Preview Links

I’ve ran into the following issue when sharing preview links that contain smart content, in which those with Preview Link can see the code that’s used to render the smart content (see attached photo). Even when choosing to preview as a specific contact, the code still displays. Our company uses Smart Content pretty heavily for sales, so it’s important to be able share these previews to upper management before sales go live. Any help or insight is appreciated!

I’m unable to replicate this with the default hubspot modules. Is this a custom image module that was developed for you?

I should have clarified, this is using the default Hubspot image and text modules. We are opted in to the programmable email beta but this email doesn’t feature any programmed content. This only started occurring 3-4 months ago, which I thought was strange
