It is already possible to use smart content based on the URL parameter, but not based on the URL itself.
For global modules, it would be great if you could specify for certain pages that the content should be different from the standard content.
Great idea! It can be pretty annoying having to create a local clone of a global module just to change the content for a single page. Being able to utilize smart content to mitigate those steps would be such a time and space saver.
