Slide in CTA?

Hello,

So I noticed this on Hubspot’s blog:

Hubspot’s blogGreat, a slide in CTA - but there’s no other way (from what I’ve found) of having slide in anything in the actual Hubspot software, apart from lead flows. But lead flows are required to collect info, which I don’t want. I want to drive people to the landing page.

Anyone know if this is possible/a way around this?
