Skipping fields while listing blog posts

In the blog list API(Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot), while retrieving the list of blogs, all fields are returned for each of the blogs.

For the basic listing purpose, it isn’t feasible to fetch the whole post body, meta description, and other fields.

Is there a way that, only some of the fields are returned from the API

There currently is no option to only return some of the fields. You can provide feedback for this beta, so it might be a nice suggestion.
