Single Send API Emails

Hi,

Anybody has had any problems with the new beta version of automation emails and Single Send API emails? I can’t create a Single Send API email anymore, or don’t have the chance to edit it…

Please help as it is crucial for my business to have new single send API emails created almost weekly!

Hey @ialonso,

This sounds more like the subscription was removed from your account? Can you confirm you still have a subscription to transaction emails? You also can’t use Single Send API emails in HubSpot workflows to my knowledge, so sounds like a permissions error or removal of a subscription.

Subscription is on… I can create a Single Send email if I copy from an email that I have already created…

I just can’t create a new one…
