I am currently working on multiple reports and came across a challenge while building reports related to Deal Stage movement timestamps.
At present, to generate the required output, I need to manually drag and drop multiple “Date Entered Stage” properties for each individual deal stage into the report. As the number of stages increases, the process becomes repetitive and difficult to manage.
What I wanted to check is whether there is a possibility to create a single consolidated property for example, “Date Entered in Different Stages” which can capture or combine the timestamps from all the individual stage-entry properties and provide the same output in reports.
The expected output would remain exactly the same, the only difference is that instead of adding 7–8 separate stage properties every time, we could simply use one consolidated property in the report.
