I have created a form, and looking for a field that will allow signature capture. The form is to be completed in full, and then the customer is required to sign the form to say that they are happy with the demonstartion . It also proves that the Sales Person has conducted a demonstation. I cant seem to find that option, if there is one?
Hey @JGray30 there’s no way to achieve this natively in a HubSpot form. The closest native workaround would be to use a file upload field and have a contact upload an image file of their signature, but that’s quite tedious.
There are a few third party tools that integrate with HubSpot that are dedicated to singature capture however which might be an option. I know docusign and panda doc are the most popular ones!

We built a solution that works with native HubSpot forms. Here’s a 45 second video to see it in action.
Since it is a regular HubSpot form, you can DIY changes to the form in the future after it’s implemented, and, of course, no monthly like third-party e-signature software.
