I have used both the enterprise software and the free version. I am in the process of upgrading shortly. However, I would like to get my ducks in order before i upgrade. I am facing a sync issue between shopify and hubspot. Within the hubspot deals category it makes abandonded checkout carts. The issue is it is pulling random numbers.
You are probably thinking ok that is easily resolved. I can confirm i have tried everything from resyncing the integration and changing settings shopify side. However, i do believe the error is on the hubspot side. The numbers that are being pulled into hubspot are astronomically disproortionate and do not line up with correctly.
An example? :
Checkout Abandoned : AU $55,000,000
This is a bug as the frequency of these bugs is enourmous. The current total for my Checkout Abandoned sales pipeline ‘Supposedly’ is AU$15,592,504,382.77
I am fairly certain i am not getting 3Billion shy of Hubspots valuation in abandoned carts. I would love to get this resolved before I upgrade.
