Would like a calendar that lets you see scheduled emails, blogs, and social posts and also lets you add “plans” for these items - so not yet scheduled, but when you plan to send/publish. Ideally, this would be able to be color-coded and you can filter and save the view of the items you want to see. And this calendar would be shareable across internal HubSpot users you select. Essentially so our team has a single point of reference for marketing materials we have planned to publish and when.
I agree! We have internal teams who we want to keep updated on what we have drafted/scheduled with emails and social media for their team. The marketing emails are easy enough to show scheduled via a table, but reporting doesn’t allow scheduled social posts to be added to reports.
I know the Social calendar has the calendar view of scheduled and draft posts, but the filters are not helpful when looking at several campaigns for one team.
